July Beauty Favourites 2016

Hi Beauties!

Is it just me or did July go by way too fast? I've been loving the heat this month but some days have been too hot to be wearing much makeup. That has been reflected in my favourites this month. I've have been testing these products for a while and I would love to share them with you.

Tarte Eye and Cheek Palette - Classic Courage: (Reviewed here)

This palette is perfect for quick and easy on-the-go looks. Rosy Outlook is one of my favourites to wear on my lids and Lucky Penny is another favourite. The blush Courage is a perfect dusty rose shade and looks amazing on the cheeks. I also use it as a transition colour whenever I use this palette.

Tarte Lippie Lingerie - Whisper (Swatched here)

As I mentioned in my lip swatch video, I've been wearing this shade a lot lately. I keep it in my purse for an everyday lippie. I love Tarte's lipstick formulas and this one lives up to the same standards. Very creamy, moisturizing and smells like mint.

Pur Cosmetics Fully Charged Mascara:

Ok so I have a confession. I am not a mascara type of girl. I usually wear no mascara at all or just falsies. I used to wear mascara everyday but I found they tend to ruin my lashes. It is also hard to find a good mascara that does not get on my lids and this one does just that. It also adds some great volume. I'm glad I tried this one so now I can occasionally add it to my routine.

Mac Warm Soul Blush:

This blush is beautiful and would be a great staple to everyone's collection. I've been using Warm Soul for years and it has been heavy added back into rotation this month. It is a peachy colour with gold shimmer. It is semi opaque and light weight. I love the natural luminous look it gives.

Mario Badescu Drying Lotion:

This spot treatment is amazing and is very effective. It has a strong smell so I usually dip the excess off the q-tip before applying it. It works overnight on smaller blemishes and a little longer for stubborn breakouts.
