Le 9 de Givenchy is the new signature eyeshadow palette by Givenchy. Nicolas Degennes, the artistic director of Maison Givenchy Parfums, has created Le 9 de Givenchy, a palette of nine couture eyeshadows available in five complementary colour options. Each palette includes a mix of neutrals and bold shades in satin, matte, glitter and metallic finishes. The eyeshadow palettes are presented in a luxurious sleek black compact with the Maison Givenchy logo on the outside. Inside, you’ll find a sizable mirror and two mini brushes that attach to form a dual-tip brush. Le 9 de Givenchy palettes retail for $86 CAD at Sephora.

I’m always in awe of Givenchy’s packaging and the quality of the products never disappoint. I received palettes N 03 and N 05. Both are beautifully curated with a selection of colours that make it easy to create a harmonious eye look. With the combination of neutrals and bold shades, it’s easy to transition from a day look to an edgy night look. Le 9.03 is a purple-themed palette with pinks and plums. The standout shades for me are the pastel pink and the vibrant fuchsia. it also contains some cool-toned neutrals and glitters that are very pretty. Le 9.05 offers rustic brown, red and copper tones. This warm-toned palette is perfect for fall looks. The mattes are semi-opaque and require some building. The metallic shades are creamy and pigmented. The glitters make great toppers or inner corner highlights. Both palettes are versatile and can be worn on many skin tones. I can see myself creating multiple looks with these colour options.
