PLISSÉ LUMIÈRE DE CHANEL Illuminating Powder - Photos and Swatches

Chanel has released the Énergies et Puretés Collection as part of their Spring 2017 line up. Amongst the beautiful spring hues the one thing that caught my eye was the Plissé Lumière highlighter (of course). The limited edition collection was recently released in Canada at The Bay department stores and will be available online at chanel.com this month. To my surprise it won't be released in US stores until June. The highlighter retails for $76 CDN. My lovely husband gifted it to me for Valentine's Day.

The texture of the powder is designed to look like folded paper inspired by Japanese workmanship. The Plissé Lumière is a gorgeous soft rose gold champagne highlighter. The formula is silky soft and is very pigmented. It is said to give a pure and radiant glow. The sheen it gives is not over the top but it's very beautiful. It also comes with a mini brush for on the go application.
