Armani Beauty: Lip Maestro Liquid Matte Lipsticks - Shades 103, 209, 212 & 213

This year Armani Beauty celebrates 20 years of Beauty. In light of this celebration, I thought I’d share some of their Lip Maestro Liquid Lipsticks including a new shade from their Holiday Collection -Venezia Collection. “Armani beauty unveils warm neutral Lip Maestro shades, spanning from neutral beige to rich browns and deep reds. This collection pays tribute to Armani beauty's unique color philosophy and the way in which it resonates with Venice’s captivating beauty.” I can’t believe it has taken me this long to try the Armani Beauty Lip Maestro Liquid Matte Lipsticks. The formula is amazing. Lip Maestro lipsticks are a lip lacquer that provides intense colour with comfortable wear. The formula has a gel base for a silky finish. They retail for $49 CAD and $38 USD at Sephora.

The packaging is very luxurious with the iconic red shiny cap with the golden Giorgio Armani logo. The lipsticks are richly pigmented and provides an opaque colour payoff. The texture is smooth and creamy like a velvet matte and leaves a radiant finish. I love the slight shine these give. They are not glossy and I don’t feel the need to add gloss when I’m wearing these. The formula is non-drying and non-sticky. It does not dry down to a complete matte which makes it very comfortable to wear. It feels lightweight and slightly hydrating on the lips. The lipsticks provide long-lasting wear from 6-8 hours before fading. There is some transfer when eating and drinking.
